At Robaz Global, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personal care items, used products, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
